If you are sourcing a 28BYJ-48 stepper motor or a 2 phase servo motor, do not start with unit price. When someone searches for a 2 phase servo motor, they may mean two different things: a two-phase hybrid stepper with a closed-loop driver, or a low-inertia AC servo. The driver, encoder, and tuning requirements are different. If you send a vague RFQ, you will get quotes that are not comparable.

For a 2 phase servo motor, confirm: continuous torque, peak torque, rated speed, encoder resolution, bus voltage, and whether the drive is included. Ask for a torque-speed curve, not just a catalog number.
